Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at a temperature less than 120°C. The recommended temperature for styling is around 70-90°C, as high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain color for a long period of time. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When wearing the wig, follow these steps: gently comb with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, then adjust the inner net buckle. Make sure to keep the wig securely in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water for 1-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a towel. Gently shake the wig to restore its style, then allow it to dry naturally.

It is normal for wigs to shed and tangle, especially when worn for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to gently remove tangles, combing from the ends to the roots. This will prevent further shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb with fingers.

Please be aware that all wigs are hand-trimmed, so the hairstyle may slightly vary from batch to batch. You can restyle the wig according to your preference. Colors may also vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Each wig is 100% brand new and made of high-temperature fiber. Upon receiving the wig, it may be slightly out of shape due to packaging and transport. Simply comb it for a few minutes or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will look just like the picture.

The wig length is approximately 70cm, with the ponytail measuring 52cm. The cap size has a maximum circumference of about 21-22 inches (53-55cm), with adjustable sizing. The package includes 1 wig with 2 ponytails.
