Our wig products are crafted from Kanekalon fiber, known as "High-temperature resistance fiber" due to its thermostable properties. This material allows the wig to be styled with an Electronic Hair stick under temperatures not exceeding 120 degrees Celsius. However, we recommend keeping the temperature between 70-90 degrees Celsius to prevent damage to the hair. It is crucial to be cautious of high temperatures when curling or straightening the hair.

Please note that our wig products are not suitable for dyeing as the absence of hair squama prevents the color from lasting long-term, and hair cream rinses cannot be washed inside the wig cap.

Here are the steps for properly wearing a wig: a. Gently comb the wig with a specialized comb (excluding curly wigs). b. Secure the wig cap using the buckle. c. Spray wig care solution and style the wig hair as desired.

For cleaning and care, straighten out the wig, place a small amount of shampoo in cold water, soak the wig for 5-10 minutes, gently wash and rinse it well with water. Dry the wig with a towel, allow it to air dry naturally, and apply a small amount of care solution if needed.

Various factors such as computer monitors, lighting, camera pixels, and personal perception of color can lead to slight color differences. It is normal for wigs to shed slightly, especially when worn for the first time. Colors may appear slightly different based on individual computer or cellphone monitor settings. We strive to represent the colors of our products as accurately as possible.

Each wig is trimmed by hand, so there may be slight variations in hairstyles between batches. You have the flexibility to style the wig according to your preferences.

The wig cap size has a maximum circumference of approximately 20-21 inches (51-53cm) with a normal error margin of 1-2cm. The wig cap size is adjustable to ensure a comfortable fit.
